Michelle Hartley
Title: Office Administrator
Michelle was born and raised in South Dakota, and is the youngest of 10 children. Michelle moved to Alaska with her parents in 1980. She is wife to a loving husband of 30 years and mother of three boys. Her family moved to Sterling in January of 2018. She has spent nearly 30 years working in education and nonprofit youth organizations. In addition to working to make her land a fully sustainable homestead, she is currently pursuing degrees in education and nonprofit management from UAA.
Michelle’s office hours are Monday- Friday 9:00-12:00. Stop in and say hello
Liz Upham
Title: Back up Staff
Liz is a long-time Sterling resident who is extremely active in the community. She is a wife and mother of two children. She has spent many years volunteering for the local school and the community center, and has served as a personal care assistant for the elders in our community. She is always willing to fill in when needed and has been a life-saver!
